Access to and use of Korza.cl and the services provided by KORZA are governed by these terms. By using this website or booking an appointment, you accept these terms in full.

KORZA provides physical therapy rehabilitation and functional training services. Appointments are booked through our website or official channels and are subject to professional availability and any requirements communicated in advance.

Unexpected events happen. To help us manage our schedule and make appointments available to other patients:

• Advance notice: Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Missed appointments: Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or unattended appointments, may be counted as completed.

Patients must provide accurate information about their health, medical history, and previous injuries. KORZA is not responsible for complications caused by omitted or false information. Treatment outcomes also depend on following the professional’s guidance and prescribed exercises.

All website content, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the exclusive property of KORZA. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

KORZA is committed to high-quality professional service. Full or immediate recovery cannot be guaranteed because rehabilitation varies with each person’s biology and participation. KORZA is not liable for indirect damage arising from website use or service interruptions caused by external technical issues.

KORZA uses scheduled appointments to ensure quality care. Our payment policy is:

• Purchase commitment: Payment for a plan, membership, or individual session is final; full or partial refunds are not provided.
• Patient responsibility: Absences, delays, personal decisions, or voluntarily stopping treatment do not qualify for a refund or credit.
• Exceptional circumstances: Properly documented force majeure cases may be reviewed by KORZA management for possible flexibility, without creating an obligation to refund.

Our plans have defined usage periods to support continuity and the best possible results:

• Start date: Your plan begins automatically when payment is made.
• Session expiry: Sessions must be used within the period specified for the plan. Unbooked or unattended sessions expire and cannot be carried forward.
• Continuity: Plans are not extended for travel, personal commitments, or absences. Book in advance to secure sessions before expiry.

Any dispute arising from these terms is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Talca.
